You’ve been working hard for the past few weeks. Focus on filling out the End of Week 3 Review worksheet. Fitness/weight loss is a lifelong commitment, so you need to make changes you can live with for the rest of your life. The worksheets help you figure this out.
And then get yourself ready for Week 4. You’re in the home stretch!
