Visualization Can Help with Weight Loss
Visualizing is a powerful weight loss strategy to have in your weight loss toolbox. A perfect example is using visualization to make better food choices when dining out. Visualizing yourself ordering healthy foods and eating a reasonable portion — and visualizing how good you would feel doing that — before heading out to your favorite restaurant can help your brain trigger those choices when you’re actually sitting down to eat.
