How My Program is Different
Hey there! It's Coach Suzanne.

You figure you’ll give it a shot.
So you change just about your entire life in a few days. You eat foods you don’t really want to eat. You stop eating the foods you really love.
Maybe you drop a few pounds. But, eventually, you return to your old habits. And then you’re right back where you started.
Rinse and repeat every year with the latest fad diet.
Am I close?
This program doesn’t tell you WHAT to eat. It teaches you HOW to eat.
You don’t try to fit your life to the program. The program fits to YOU.
This program takes you by the hand, day-by-day, to show you how to make changes you can live with for the rest of your life.
It shows you how to be consistent with healthy habits so you can live the healthy life you’ve been wanting to live.
And, as your coach, I’m with you every step of the way.

You’ll have two weeks to practice and focus on that one task, until you’re a bit more familiar with it. Over time, you watch those daily practices add up, until they’re habits that are seamlessly integrated into your life.
If you’re stuck, you can ask me for help. We can figure out a way to get you unstuck together.

In order to help you get the most from these lessons, you can download an audio version of the lesson and take it with you when you’re on the go. Or listen to again and again.

My program is different. In fact, it’s the opposite of all those diets.This program doesn’t tell you WHAT to eat. It teaches you HOW to eat.

You’ll be given a little task to do every day. That task is clear, simple, do-able, and tailored to your individual skill level. You’ll only have one at a time. You choose how to do that task. And you tell me whether you’ve done it.

Every day, you’ll do a little learning. Kind of like showing up to your favorite blog and getting a shot of inspiration every day. Each lesson ends with: What To Do Today. You’ll always know what happens next.
