I'm a firm believer that fitness is a lifelong commitment.  As your Coach, I want to help you make that commitment to yourself. 

 

I want to make healthy eating a simple and natural part of your daily life.

For over 25 years, I've had strong interest in nutrition and exercise.

This interest led me create FitWatch.com back in 2002 and become certified in exercise and nutrition.

What About Exercising?

I strongly believe if you want to have a healthy, fit body, then exercise is part of the equation.

That's why I'm including ProCoach-powered workouts for FREE for the whole year when you sign up in April 2018.

 I get it, though.  Not everybody wants to exercise.  So, it'll be up to you whether you do the workouts or not.   (But I secretly hope you become interested in exercise. :-)  )
