About Coach Suzanne & FitWatch
Hi! I'm Coach Suzanne! I'm a Health & Nutrition Coach. I help people eat better, move more and believe in themselves, so they can lose weight and feel great!

I work mostly with women over 45 who are struggling to find a way to lose weight without giving up the foods they love. They usually just need a little bit of guidance and accountability to change unhealthy habits into healthy ones -- and habits they can live with for the rest of their life. I won't make them give up chocolate or eat broccoli if they don't want to!

I coach them, and give them programs and tools to give them more confidence that they CAN lose weight -- and have more energy-- by taking away that feeling of "overwhelm" and not knowing what to do.

I am passionate about helping people find their own path when it comes to weight loss. In my mind, there are seven billion people on the planet and 7 billion ways for people to eat better and feel better.

I think what really gets me motivated is helping people get out of a rut. Too often, I see people stuck, spinning their wheels, trying real hard to lose weight but not being able to find their own path because of all the mixed signals out there.

I created the FitWatch website way back in 2002 to help people lose weight. I was a programmer with a strong interest in nutrition and exercise. So, you'll find lots of tools and calculators to help you reach your weight loss goals.

Then, I got more serious about helping people by becoming an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach.

But what really gave me the coaching bug -- and a desire to create programs -- was becoming a Precision Nutrition-certified Nutrition Coach. They taught me to become a CLIENT-CENTERED coach -- which means my focus is on you and your needs; not about me being the expert and telling you what to do to show how smart I am.

You can read more about what kind of a Coach I am right here: What Kind of Coach Am I? Am I This Guy?

My Coaching Philosophy is All About Eating Better, Moving More and Believing in Yourself

I help you lose weight and get fit by encouraging you to:

Eat Better — by showing you different ways to eat a healthy and balanced diet to suit your lifestyle;

Move More — through a combination of cardio, strength training and stretching to help you burn excess fat, build muscle and increase your flexibility;

Believe in Yourself — by helping you understand your relationship with food and exercise, and through support and motivation.

Eating better, moving more and believing in yourself is about moving forward and leading the life you deserve to live because you are more than just a number on the scale.

And when I'm not busy creating programs and helping people lose weight, I can usually be found out walking, doing hot yoga, and gardening -- although I'm not very good at gardening! Ha!

In the wintertime, you can find me out snowshoeing -- and for somebody who loves summer and is not a fan of winter, that's a big deal. I decided to embrace winter and find some outdoor activities!

Want to know more? Here are four fun facts about me...
- I have three (adult) children -- including one set of twins! All girls.

- I'd choose Star Wars over Star Trek (apologies to my good friend, France!), but I love both.

- I am known in my family for falling down stairs. Been doing it since I was a kid. Even broke my foot once.

- I have been to the Googleplex out in California.

Interested in learning more about what I do and how I can help you? Here's what do now...

Sign Up for My Weekly Newsletter

Download the Kitchen Rescue Pack on How to Create the Perfect Meal

Learn more about my Online Nutrition Coaching program (you can get a special discount, too!)

Join Me on Social Media for even more support!

Facebook (open to all)

Facebook Closed Group (for those who have signed up for a FitWatch service or product, such as the newsletter)

Explore FitWatch.com

Blog

Calculators

Tools

I hope you find FitWatch.com a place to find support and motivation on your fitness journey.

Eat better, move more and believe in yourself,

Coach Suzanne
PN1 certified Nutrition Coach and ACE-certified Health Coach & Nutrition Specialist
FitWatch - Eat better.
