Food Comparison - Compare Two Foods

Compare two foods and find out which one is more nutritious! Is it better to eat a whole orange or to drink a 1/2 cup of orange juice? Whole-wheat spaghetti or white spaghetti? Compare the two foods and make an informed choice!

Step 1 - Select Foods

Enter your keywords for item #1 (e.g. apple) and then for item #2 (e.g. orange). Click the "Search for My Keywords" button. You will then see a list of food items for item#1 and item#2. Choose which items you want to compare, and then choose a quantity and measure (e.g. 1 cup).
