Are You Interested in a Healthy Habit Tracker

I'm a big believer that "fitness is a lifelong commitment" and "there are no quick fixes." That's what I try to push with FitWatch.

But I get tired of seeing so many 'quick fix' articles promising you can lose weight in a nanosecond.  Or do these two exercise and your arm flab will disappear.

While I'm a big believer in calorie counting, too, I realize that not everybody has time for it.

Bottom line? What works is swapping out unhealthy habits with healthy habits.

Are you tired of looking for quick fixes, too? Would you like to focus on creating healthy habits?

I'm thinking of creating a healthy habit tracker. The tracker would take you through the same steps a real Health Coach would put you through (current habit evaluation, set goals, that sort of thing).

You'd be able to select habits YOU want to change.

Once you get those habits under control. You add on new habits to change. Rinse and repeat!
