Hi Haneen! Sorry for taking so long to get back to you…
Whatever you don’t, don’t quit trying! The less fat you have to lose, the harder it gets, but it is possible.
Track all the food you’re eating for a week — see if any bad habits have crept back in. If you want to get an estimated calorie deficit, use my calorie deficit calculator:
http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/caloriedeficitcalculator.php
If you see that you aren’t overeating, then look to your workouts. Are you doing the same thing over and over again? Are you really working hard enough — getting the heart pumping, increasing weights when needed, etc.?

The author of that article, Tom Venuto, has an excellent fat loss book (there’s a link to it at the bottom of that article). In it, he has several techniques to help get rid of the “stubborn” fat.

hi my name is nathan and I know that im over wait but i play rep hockey 7 times a week and am the only one on the team that is over wait. My problem is that i do all the exersices that every one else does and more on my own time but i still wont loose the body fat that i have. I was just wondering why i wont loose it because im not out of shape and can run and do everything just as good as every one else and they all have six pacs and are all in just good shape as i am. Do you have any reasons or ideas to help me?

I am 14 years old and 149lbs. it is mostly in my stomach and thighs. I’ve tried almost everything but it is really hard to stick to some of the diets because they are so strict. I tried cutting my calories by 500 but it didn’t work. I am going to the gym but when i measure i don’t lose any inches in my stomach or thighs. it is really difficult. I want to see results. I really want to lose 25lbs. i really want to do it fast to so i can just keep it up. i was hoping by june i could wear shorts without feeling so insecure and gross.

My age is 26. Height: 5.7″ Weight: 80kg.
From last 2 months i am walking/running, previously my weight was 85 kg.
It has come down to 80kg from last 1 month.
But since then there is no weight loss.
I am walking now around 5 kilometer within 45 min & burn 300 calories.
Can you guide me how i can get healthy weight bar from overweight category.
Many Thanks.
