Kortney,
I get dizzy when I work out too because I have low blood sugar. I think someone who is not hypoglycemic can still get dizzy when they work out if they are dieting to the point of not eating enough calories and working out too hard.

Getting dizzy while exercising is NOT normal. It would be a good idea to go see a doctor about this, to make sure everything is okay and for him to give her advice about how hard to exercise, etc. It could be that she just overdid it. But definitely a person should stop exercising if she or he feels dizzy.

My mom and I are doing Jillian's Burn Fat Boost Your Metabolism DVD. I only did the first Circuit, but mom insists on going all the way through the DVD. When she stops to take a break, she becomes dizzy, and doesn't feel especially well. Is this normal? Or should she just try to work her way up through the Circuits over a period of time?

We recently did a biggest loser competition at work and I truly believe that the success of our competition was from watching Jillian and Bob help the contestants on the show every week.

I am very medically involved and require a large amounts of pain killers to manage my pain. Since I started the competition, my meds have slowly started to reduce. Although my medical issues will not go away, they are much more manageable now and I have more energy than I've had in years. I took the advice they gave to each of the contestants and applied it to my own situation and was very successful. My team one the competition and I lost 21 pounds in 11 weeks. I have 8 more to go and I will be at my goal. I credit Jillian and Bob for my success.

I am down to half of one pain pill every other day. Jillian and Bob saved my life. Literally.

I have been working out with Jillian's 30 day shred video for just a week and have lost 6.2 lbs. I also changed my diet and love the way I am feeling. I am a 35 yr. old single mother with not alot of time on my hands. Her 20 min. workouts are perfect!

A 3 to 4oz serving size of meat is about the size of a deck of playing cards.
