		<description>well just like all other sites and weight loss,its all the same, but what you don&#039;t know is you could do alot of it at home instead of in a gym, think about it leg lift, sit ups, ect....but the most important thing i taught my self was stop junk food eating and keep active with house work during the day, yea it takes time but within 3 weeks i lost 10 lbs. i feel good about my self now and i&#039;m not snacking every hour like those diets tell you to. i set up a weight loss my self and it really worked., my body has been thru many surgeries for medical problems and i was really sick and almost died then i got depressed and gained alot of weight and then i discovered how to do everything on my own instead of spending the money to go to the gym. i don&#039;t eat breakfast and very small for lunch and then a sensible dinner. So set up your own goal and you could do it i did.</description>
