FitDay For PC – Review

Posted in: Books, DVDs & Gadgets, Weight Loss

If you know me at all, you know I’m a big fan of calorie counting. There’s something so motivating about knowing how many calories you eat vs. how many you burn — and calorie counting helps me avoid certain foods when I *know* those extra calories are going straight to my hips!

Calorie counting can be a real eye-opening experience if you’ve never done it before. It can take some getting used to, but it’s definitely worth it.

There are lots of online calorie counters/fitness trackers, but today I’m going to talk about a downloadable software: FitDay for PC.

FitDay for PC is a software that’s easily installed on your PC, so you don’t need to be online to use it. You don’t have to worry about slow connections or logging in, or losing data if your Internet connection times out.

Not only can you track your food and exercise with FitDay PC, you can track things like your body measurements and your mood — and that’ll help you see the relationship between your mood and your food! This can help a lot when it comes to cravings and comfort food triggers.

FitDay PC has a variety of reports so you can really see how you’re doing — are you eating too many carbs, too many calories? Are you getting enough exercise? You can also set and track weight loss goals.

Can’t find a food or exercise in FitDay PC? No problem! You can create custom foods/recipes and custom exercises. FitDay PC is all about *you* — you’re not limited in any way.

FitDay PC will help you succeed with your weight loss goals, helping you to break unhealthy habits and improve your nutrition. When you’re aware — really aware — of what you eat, you’ve already won half the weight loss battle.
