Weight Loss Challenge – Week 3 – Day 1 – 1700 Calories and Feeling Great!

I was all set to have my Scrambled Eggs after my weight training session when I realized I didn’t have any egg whites, so I had 2 fried eggs instead. It certainly didn’t help that BEFORE my weight training session I forgot to put protein powder in my protein shake. Milk and mushed up blueberries don’t taste very good! Ha! So, a bit high in fat today.

Lunch was salmon, and I had the forethought to remember I was having spaghetti for supper. So, I had a spinach salad (olive oil/vinaigrette) instead of rice. That was an important step for me! Having great results last week really helps to keep me motivated!

Had a great weight training session, went for a 30 minute walk and 30 minute bike ride (after supper).
