Weight Loss Challenge – Week 2, Day 7 – Refocusing

Posted in: July to October 2009, Suzanne's Weight Loss Journey, Week 2

I got re-focused today — although I did get hungry by mid-afternoon, so I need to make sure I eat at regular intervals. I dropped the fat down to goal level, got some fruit in and ditched the wine. Weigh-in and measurements are tomorrow, so we’ll see how that goes! I did take some preliminary measurements mid-week, but even though I hit my calorie deficit goals Friday and Saturday, I’m sure the wine didn’t help with any fat burning.

Here’s what I ate today:

Day 7 Workout

Because I had a really inactive day on Day 6, I decided to try a more difficult Cardio Coach. I didn’t realize what I was getting myself into! But I learned a lot about myself. I talk about it in my video:

I kicked butt with that cardio session!

Avg HR: 151 bpm
Strides: 6648
Cals burned: 502 (estimated)
Time: 54:00 minutes (Whoohoo!)
