The Weight Loss Twins Rapid Action Metabolism - Review

Posted in: Exercise, Nutrition, Weight Loss    |    Comment

If you look around the website, I don’t try to promote every weight loss book under the sun. Granted, there are tons of good books out there, but I try to spotlight only a few. I had a chance to preview Rapid Action Metabolism, by Bill and Jim Germanakos, a few weeks ago and I knew after finishing it that this is one ebook I’d be happy to recommend. (If you’ve never heard of them, Bill and Jim are also known as The Weight Loss Twins — they were Season 4 champs of NBC’s hit show, The Biggest Loser.)

Reading about Jim and Bill’s life before the Biggest Loser, you realize they’re regular people — just like you — who went down the wrong path when it came to nutrition and exercise. How many times have you rushed out the door without breakfast, like Jim? Or you grabbed some fast food for lunch because you’re so busy at work? At 330 lbs, Bill didn’t even think anything was wrong because he could still bench press 340lbs!

The New Rules of Lifting - Is It the Best Way to Burn Calories?

You hear it over and over again: get your heart rate going to burn calories, right? Not so, according to Lou Schuler, in his two books, The New Rules of Lifting: Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle and The New Rules of Lifting for Women: Lift Like a Man, Look Like a Goddess (with Cassandra Forsythe, MS and Alwyn Cosgrove). I just finished reading The New Rules of Lifting for Women: Lift Like a Man, Look Like a Goddess– sorry, guys, I don’t have the men’s version, but I think it’s safe to assume he feels the same way in the men’s version of the book. A few things that struck a chord with me:

Burn The Fat Inner Circle - Review

Posted in: Belly Fat, Shop / Product Reviews, Weight Loss    |    Comments Off

Burn the Fat Inner Circle Membership CardI’ve been a member of Tom Venuto’s member’s-only website called “Burn The Fat Inner Circle” since January 2008 — and I have to say, I’m very impressed with what he’s put together.

This site is huge and contains some really powerful resources for people trying to lose fat and get in great shape.

The Inner Circle has very high quality materials that will help members burn more fat and really achieve the results they’re looking for. (I lost 6% body fat in a 12 week period!)

Before I give you some insider-details of what the Inner Circle offers, let me tell you a little bit about Tom Venuto — just in case you don’t know who he is.
