Video: Easily Improve Your Balance
When it comes to exercise, cardio and weight training get all the glory, with stretching coming in a distant third. It seems just about everybody has forgotten one important part: balance. Improving your balance will add a different dimension to your workouts, working weaker “helper” muscles and getting your whole body in on the act.
Whether you’re a beginner or an advance exerciser, check out this excellent video by Fabio Comana, as he shows a very simple standing balance exercise and how you can progress to make it more challenging. No equipment needed — so no excuses!
You can add this into your regular exercise routine, do it while on a break — or even do it while watching TV. I know, turning the TV off is a better choice. But if you find yourself in front of the tube, stand up and work on your balance instead!
