One excuse I’ve heard many times — and used! — is, “I don’t have the time.” You know what I mean: “I want to exercise, but I don’t have the time.” “I want to eat right, but I don’t have the time.”
Here, I’ll make it simple for you: fill in the blank with your own excuse: “_________________________, but I don’t have the time.”
There, are ya done whining?
We ALL have the same 24 hours in a day. If you want to do something and you “feel” you don’t have the time, then you need to figure out a way to free up some time. No excuses.
