This books is for anyone who is considering losing weight. It gives you help with the food part of the diet and it gives you a fitness program. I am so glad I purchased this book. I have already loss 10 pounds, just by altering my diet and exercising. This book is very helpful. I highly recommend this book.

This book gives effective training workouts for various levels of ability, plus tips from contestants on the show. I think it serves its intended purpose well. The only negative I have to say about it is the way the women are dressed in the book. If you are looking for a workout then you probably don't look like those women and don't need to see them in such immodest attire to help your self esteem. The women should dress normally as do the men in the book!

I actually bought this book as a gift for my Mother. She loved the book. She said the exercises were exactly what she was looking for and helped her design a workout program for herself. We are both using this book as well as the Weight Loss book and Cookbook. They are great tools to use together.

This book has a lot of helpful tips in it to get a workout started and keep it going. I have already lost 13 lbs following the simple excersises in this book. I use it hand in hand with the family cookbook.
