great for sittingApril 28, 2009 Penelope Reilly(USA) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 87 year old mother who has neurolagia in her legs. She has found this to be the most comfortable seat for any kind of sitting. No pressue on the backs of her legs and because she can control the firmness of the cushion she has no pressure on her lower spine. Great product for her needs!
Fun addition to workoutApril 21, 2009 Of The Seas(IL) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This is a great and cheap piece of exercise equipment. It really works your stabilizer muscles. I was getting bored with my fitness ball and was looking for something to switch it up a bit. This was a great choice. I like to use it for lunges, ab work, bridge work(put the disc under your feet and lift your backside up-you will feel this working!), and just trying to balance on one foot. It comes inflated, with a pump and a poster to show some moves you can do with it.
A must have for people with degenerative disc that have to sit all day!June 25, 2009 Dolphin Moon "Nellie"(Prior Lake, MN United States) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This was a life saver for my back issues.
Sitting all day is one of the worst things you can do anyway, much less when you have a degenerative disc.
The disc takes the pressure off the spine, thus taking off the pressure on the discs in your spine.
Great for stretching feetSeptember 10, 2009 LRE(Madison, WI) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I stretch my feet and ankles by standing on this every morning and night; this is great for that.
Fun workoutNovember 1, 2009 Keys Girl(Tavernier, FL United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This disc is small enough to keep in the living room so I can sneak in a mini-workout watching TV or playing tug-of-war with the dog. I don't see it as a "main" workout but it's a great supplement - I love it.
