The Calorie Blasting Dance was so much fun. I was a cheerleader in high school and forgot how much of a workout it was. The cheerleaders teach the dance at a good pace for the viewers to catch on and then they put it all together at the end. There is also a great ab workout in the bonus features section of the DVD. Overall I thought this was a really fun way to get a great workout!

My girl knows I love the CHeerleaders so she's has been practicing these moves and lovin them. The "sexy walk" - woww. She's having fun and getting exercise which is awesome all around.

The dallas cowboys cheerleaders have finally decided to put out a fitness video.what took so long?Well first you have a intro from the head cheerleader who shows you that instead of marching as you normally do in dance or any workout video you do a march called "sexy walk",which is you marching on your toes,it can get tiresome but you are toning your calves.Then she shows you the time out tap that they normally do which can get a little confusing if you have trouble with the coordination.Then they have the dance break downs from 5 cheerleaders and the moves are really easy they do a good job of slowing down and really intructing you on the moves,The girls seem like fun nice girls you would want to learn dallas cowboy cheerleader moves from.The cons of this workout dvd is that there is no kick line base moves,I mean that is signiture dcc isn't it.Also they give you a dcc sideline dance on the dvd but it's really just the cheerleaders showing off and there's no instruction to do these sideline moves,so your left just staring at the tv thinking gee must be cool to dance like that.There's a bonus section which consits of a ab workout which is alright but you probrably have to run through it 5 times to really get the benefits of the ab workout.

As a cheerleader growing up and a past cheer coach I thought this would be a fun workout. Fun it is. But I was expecting it to be a little more fast as far as dancing goes. I would of loved to learn something more like the sideline dance routine which is featured in the bonus feature section. That is what i was expecting more of. If the girls would of taught the sideline dance routine then this would of been 5 stars. For beginners it is great. I will be challenging myself to learn the sideline routine myself..
Not that intenseJanuary 1, 2010 Marie Schieren(TX, US) I thought that this would be a great workout. These girls go through extreme workouts to get amazing bodies! I was expecting a fun, upbeat, extreme dance workout. Maybe some routines, but definately a lot of cardio.
Unfortunately, it was very low intensity, low beat, kind of boring. I was hoping to fast-forward through it to make it faster!
But the girls have a great attitude in it. It is fun, but definately not a calorie burner!
