Product Description God gives us all unique abilities, believers and non-believers alike. It took me a while to realize that the extraordinary insights and timing I experienced was too perfect for me to take credit for discovering it. Basically, Gods gift to me is the only science out of all the rest that could get you to move from one spot to another to walk, jog, run and sprint. Gods process of varying speeds efficiently, in self-transport, will significantly improve everyones performance on their first try. It is not only the most useful activity for shape, recreation and sports, but also the healthiest. It brings the greatest circulation throughout the entire reaches of the body. They never thought about it, it sounds so logical (thats what everyone tells me). But now you can see that gravity will make you fall forward when you are off balance for standing still (the top of the leg ahead of the foot). Gravity pulling the top of the leg ahead of the stationary foot is the only power that can move you from one spot to another to walk and run. It is unbelievable that researchers, looking at the same picture as me, of a runner with his leg slanted behind his body, also never figured out he is falling forward. When Gods way is learned, it will make the current running experts obsolete. I have endorsements, but what do they mean if they come from outdated experts? A sprinters leg, shown in a complete stride cycle, in figures from A to D. At the end of his speedup phase. Everyone speeds up this way to reach their pace. They land behind their body, but they never noticed it. A sprinter does it more to the rear, and for more strides to reach a faster speed. Faster speed, spreads the feet farther apart.
Customer Reviews: Concept that works!January 29, 2007 Reader Views(Austin, Texas) Review by Irene Watson for Reader Views (1/07)
Nirenstein, in his introduction to "GOD's Technique to Walk Run Relax," tells the reader that he has been "given the knowledge by our creator to change the face of health and fitness as the world knows it." He further claims that "God has kept that knowledge a secret from everyone, even the professionals, until he showed the way to me." Of course, reading this statement challenged me immediately to continue reading to see what exactly Nirenstein was given and if it truly is a previously "unknown" technique that he is now exposing.
Much emphasis is given on being balanced, or more so, centered when standing still. Nirenstein tells the reader that that we must be off-centered to run. He further explains a simple technique how to work with gravity, be off-balance, and yet not fall. He qualifies his information by saying that "I am not the first person to say that gravity pushes you forward to run. However, I am the first person to figure out the biomechanics to get the right effects from using gravity to run."
Some of Nirensteins's biomechanics include: angling legs for speed, how to get more oxygen through muscle control, and, how to power for leg swing speed. He stresses that each instruction he gives is of extreme importance and missing a feature in his book "could derail you."
Nirenstein's relaxed self-transport technique also gives better circulation and respiration, as well as ease on the body with prevention against injury. He stresses over and over to learn his technique first and then use the technique during training to be a more effective runner.
I was happy to see there was a section on treadmill walking or running included in Nirenstein's book and was even happier to find the same techniques could be applied. With book in hand, I gave my first try and I must say I did see a slight difference. I believe that with practice, and not having to hold the book in hand to be sure my stance and foot placement are correct, I will notice improvement in my speed.
Nirenstein's book, "GOD's Technique to Walk Run Relax" is not one you can take lightly or breeze through thinking you could pick up the technique and change your running style. I found myself reading areas over and over again, trying to get the concept to make the changes myself. Fortunately Nirenstein has many illustrations and his explanation is very thorough. Whether or not I "got" the technique will only be told by time and how my own endurance improves. It is not easy to change from a body position I used for a long time and change it immediately to a new stance. It takes time and effort, but very plausible and beneficial. I commend Nirenstien for taking a chance in exposing a technique to change running that defies all previous scientific studies.
First Technique Science in SportsApril 8, 2007 Jack Nirenstein(Myrtle Beach, SC USA) First note:
I have been an elite runner and then a coach for over thirty years. My stepson, Donald, has won cross country high school races being coached by me. Jack Nirenstein showed me video clips in slow motion of a record breaking sprint. He pointed out something everyone missed. The sprinter started out of the blocks with his feet hitting the ground behind his body's center (approximately at the navel). Jack told me that everyone speeds up that way before they level off. Nobody else but Jack noticed that to be the only way you can get up to your sprinting pace. Gravity pulls you faster when you drop your feet to the rear. Together Jack and I coached Donald and a few weeks later Donald entered in four events in one day and swept them all, including sprinting. A couple of weeks later Donald broke the school record in a two mile race.

Second note:
I am working with a couple of young long sprinters, one boy and one girl.
They are doing well and I do use what I learned from Jack Nirenstein, but I feed it to
the athletes surreptitiously in sort of a monkey see monkey do manner. Since
they are just high school kids I am careful not to overburden them with a
lot to think about. The boy has improved from 23.20 to 22.26 for 200m and
46.69 to 48.37 over 400m since last seasons end. The girl has gone from
13.2 to 12.1 for 100m, 27.8 to 25.29 for 200m, and 59.89 to 58.01 for 400m
since last year. Most of their improvement is due to an improvement in
their body mechanics of Jack Nirenstein's techniques. I spend most of my time with them now trying to reverse the damage to our efforts caused by the high school coaches who are overtly incompetent.

Great for EveryoneApril 9, 2007 David Davenport(Myrtle Beach,SC) I bought God's technique to walk run relax because I was intrigued by the title and the picture of a runner falling forward. I must have seen similar pictures of a runner standing on a leg slanted behind the vertical body thousands of times. Before being told on the cover that the slanted leg is in the process of falling forward I never realized that it is impossible to stand still off balance as you do on each stride. I was embarrassed for myself and for all the running experts that we could all have missed that simple science of gravity.
At first I thought that falling is easy to do and I could just practice doing it and improve. I was surprised that Nirenstein would give away his secret method before someone bought the book. When I glanced through the book it became evident that I need to know more of the gravity technique to improve at all. After reading the book I found that it is vital to know all the details in it. Missing one detail could derail you.
I have been reading articles and books on running for years. The prime science for running before Nirenstein is stride length and frequency. The researcher measured champion runners and found they had similar stride lengths and frequencies. The tests proved it to be a science, but all the techniques to get you to that stride length and frequency were wrong. The champions got to that level with a better, though accidental, gravity technique. The only way possible to win a race is by dropping the feet more to the rear on average than anyone else in the race. Nirenstein has the only science to do it. The champions could have done it faster if they knew his technique.
I run for health and fitness and aren't willing to push myself very hard. Nirenstein's technique made me run more relaxed. It helped improve my circulation, respiration and speed.
