Anyone who has ever lost weight but subsequent ly regained it knows all too well that LOSING unwanted weight is only one side of the equation--KEEPING IT OFF is the other. After losing almost 80 pounds (and successfully keeping them off!) while following the Lean For Life program I read and applied the principles outlined in this book and have successfully kept the unwanted weight off. Not only do I look and feel great-- I also feel very grateful for having been able to break free from a pattern of yo-yo dieting that led me to nothing but disillusion and frustration.

I never received this. I ordered two of the sets of Phase I and Phase II, but I only received Phase I.
