I have read so many diet books. This book was so informative and to the point. What is the guy talking about that its just reinsated information? The leptin hormone trick for example? We have only known how it works since 2008. How many carbs exactly a woman should eat every 3 hours or man? never been done in anybook i have ever read. Have much fat per meal? again no big I have ever read tells us. The protein chapter is so new that only a handful of people know this. This book will be a best seller. No doubt. His website (the author) is training every star known to mankind. He was also given the title the 5 top nutritionist in the United States. This book is incredible.

Excellent book! Really easy to read and very informative. I have been following the diet and see results in how I look & feel. I have incorporated flaxseed into my diet which has major benefits. I also love the distilled water information. I have already recommended this book to many friends!
