Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Banta Diet creators are physiologist Tanya Zilberter, PhD, and Eugene Zilberter, a professional chef. The 180 Banta Recipes have been selected, modified, or created from scratch for the Banta Diet, which has a 92 percent success rate since 2002. The users reported weight loss from 0.5 to 11 pounds a week, disappearance of cravings, a healthier appetite, and an overall increase in energy level. Many, if not most, enjoyed an elevated sense of wellbeing, and improved general health. The Banta plan doesn't require calorie, fat, and carbohydrate counting, or portion control. Any food is allowed as long as it is balanced by other meal components. The balance has been calculated exclusively for these recipes by the Wilder formula in clinical use since 1922. Based on feedback from Banta dieters, the authors decided to publish the Banta Cookbook as a standalone diet tool. "The recipes are fabulous, my friends raved about that mashed cauliflower. People are definitely commenting on my changing body" -- Naomi (lost 4 pounds and 1 1/2 inches in 2 weeks)
Customer Reviews: I tried some of these recipesOctober 19, 2009 Veronica(Washington, DC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
They were all over the Internet in 2004, they still are and most of my friends like them. Good to have a kind of "automatic" meal making you go into ketosis and the book looks very nice.
