They were all over the Internet in 2004, they still are and most of my friends like them. Good to have a kind of "automatic" meal making you go into ketosis and the book looks very nice.
Indeed a diet toolFebruary 7, 2010 debbie_200052(Greece) Though I am one of the first Banta dieters, starting with the one-on-one plan with Tanya Zilberter, I'm really glad the recipes are published. Some are now my usuals like Russian authentic cabbage soup - can you believe it's ketogenic?! But it is, and the recipe is not easy but it is worth the time!
