I used the scale as directed on a flat surface. The first weight was so high, it nearly gave me a heart attack! When I reset the scale and weighed myself again, it was 8 pounds less. I tried several other times and ended with a difference of 14 pounds between the highest and lowest weight readings. Another family member tried, and found the same problem. It seems to also read differently depending on exactly where you stand on the scale (Hint - lean foward for some quick weight loss) This product will go back to the store tomorrow.

The scale worked for apporximately 60 days, then died completely. New batteries wouldn't evem revive it!
