I bought this scale from Sharper Image before they went under...it is a very good looking scale and when it works it is acturate but up keeps you guessing if it is acturate...the problem I have with it and cannot figure out how to get rid of is this: You tap on one of the arrows to activate it and step on...when we step on it it 100% of the time would give an inacturate weight (with and ERR0 in the display) and then you would have to step off and then step back on to make it give an acturate weight...this would work sometimes and sometimes not...so you were never sure if you got an acturate weight.
