I was disappointed in the taste of the drink. I found it to be bland and lacking the ability to give me any extra energy.
Not as tasty as I had expected....December 25, 2009 D. Rogers(New Carrollton, MD United States) I haven't been using this long enough to report on any benefits as far as energy or metabolism boost. I just recently purchased and I have to say the taste leaves much to be desired. I can and will finish the box as I hate wasting my money. It is a bit chalky and does have a bit of a gritty texture. All in all...I can force myself to drink it, but I won't be purchasing again once I finish it. My next purchase will be for something in a pill form.

This product will not disolve and leaves little specks floating in the water. The taste is odd and weak too. I was hoping I would like the taste as much as I love Crystal Light's Immunity, which is a very tasty cherry pomegranate. I think I will try mixing the two products together to use it up! I did not notice any "Energy Boost!"
